Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School. I am licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Florida. As a Captain in the United States Army, I served at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in the division of experimental surgery. I have owned multiple medical practices in Florida and was a Veterinarian on call for the Crandon Park Zoo/Miami Metro Zoo and Markham Park Zoo. I have a wife, Phyllis, and three children, six grandchildren, and several others we have adopted when they landed in our empty nest. I have been with Newman Vets for almost 4 years. I am here to do my best and to make your companion pets happy and healthy. Dr. Lamborn has an impressive history within many nationwide organizations. The bio was edited for length.
Hi, my name is Misty. I have been happily employed at NVC since March 2010. I have been in the animal field since 2001. I absolutely love being able to aide in helping your loved ones in times of need or spending time with them for their yearly health visits. I strive to make every visit they have with us as happy as we can. At home, I am lucky to spend my time with my husband Rob and our two children, Austin and Allison. We have our dogs, cats, and turtles that help to complete our family. I look forward to meeting you and your furry babies.
Lead Surgery Technician
Hello, my name is Shane and I have been employed at Newman Veterinary Center since October 2013 after completing my externship here for my veterinary assistant degree. I have been in the animal field for a little over a year now and I have always wanted to be in this line of work. I love helping your pets feel better when they are sick as well as making them happy when it is time for their yearly visit. I have one dog of my own, a sweet and loving pit/terrier mix. I look forward to meeting you and helping your pets.
Hi, my name is Sue and I have been with Newman Vets since June 2010. However, I have been working in this field for a while now. I enjoy meeting new people and their pets.
